Tomorrow's the Day

My flight leaves tomorrow around noon from Peoria. I'm going to be travelling by plane and train for about two days straight starting then...hopefully everything goes smoothly but somehow that doesn't seem likely. I have a pretty detailed itinerary courtesy of my dad though...I think I can do it.

Here is the overview of the trip:

Fly from Peoria to Minneapolis, and then Minneapolis to London.
Catch train from airport into Victoria Station, then tube from Victoria to Waterloo Station.
Catch EuroStar from London to Brussels.
Sleeper train from Brussels to Hamburg.
One final 3-hour train ride from Hamburg to Rostock.

I've got most of these tickets reserved already, so it should just be a matter of picking up tickets and catching trains. I have about 5 hours in London so I'm hoping to have some time to take it easy there. Just picked up a new camera today so I'll probably be testing it out there. I'm thinking of a double-decker bus tour of the city, or maybe riding the Eye, or both if there's time...I'd also like to check out the National Gallery.

I think I'm pretty much done packing, and I'll probably throw everything together tomorrow morning. I'm hoping to meet up with Smitty later tonight and maybe the rest of them for one last hurrah before the trip.
